Use as a massage oil on its own or as a base for essential oils (add 3-6 drops of your chosen essential oil to 10 g of grape seed oil). Masks and applications: Apply to skin areas 1-2 times a day for 15-30 minutes, either alone or combined with essential oils (add 2-3 drops of your chosen essential oil to 10 g of grape seed oil). Use oil-soaked cloths for application. It is also recommended to:

- Massage into the scalp for brittle, dull hair.

- Use grape seed oil as a lip balm.
