1. First, disinfect your hands.
2. Then, apply the scrub using massaging motions and rinse it off.
3. Next, massage a special nourishing cream into the skin of your hands. By this time, the paraffin bath should be ready with the melted paraffin at a temperature of 50-60 degrees Celsius.
4. Dip one hand into the paraffin bath, hold it for a few seconds, and then take it out. Hold your hand over the container to let the excess paraffin drip off. After 3-5 seconds, dip your hand back into the bath. Repeat this process at least three times.
5. Repeat the dipping process with the other hand. Make sure your fingers are spread apart to allow the paraffin to coat your entire hand evenly.
6. Put polyethylene bags and special terry mittens (or wrap your hands in towels) on your hands.
7. Relax for about 20 minutes. During this time, the temperature of your hand's skin will increase by 1-2 degrees Celsius. The top layer of the skin will soften from the heat of the paraffin, which will open the pores, induce sweating, and help remove salts and toxins. The nourishing components from the cream will penetrate the closing pores.
8. Once the paraffin has cooled, remove the mittens (or towels) along with the polyethylene bags and the paraffin. The procedure is so simple that you won’t encounter any difficulties. Dispose of the used bags with the paraffin residues.
9. Wipe your hands with a towel to remove any impurities that have been expelled.
10. Apply a nourishing or moisturizing cream to your hands.
