Use a non-metallic bowl. Mix the filler with water in a 1:1 ratio (you will need 13 to 30 ml depending on the length of your hair). Mix thoroughly. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes. During this time, the mixture will thicken to a typical hair mask consistency. Then, apply the product to clean, dry, or towel-dried hair. Pay special attention to the ends and damaged areas. To enhance the effect, put on a thermal cap or wrap your hair in a plastic bag/towel. If using a thermal cap, leave the product on for 10-15 minutes; if using a towel, the procedure will take slightly longer, about 20-25 minutes. After the procedure, rinse your hair with warm water without shampoo.

Other uses for fillers:
Hair treatment: Wash your hair with shampoo, towel-dry (or blow-dry), apply the fillers, wrap your head in a towel and warm it with a hairdryer, or spend 10 minutes in a thermal cap, then rinse with water.
Chemical perm: During a chemical perm, wash your hair with shampoo, towel-dry, apply the fillers, spend 5-10 minutes in a thermal cap, and 5 minutes without it, then apply the chemical solution to your hair and rinse.
Coloring: During coloring, mix the filler with hair dye, apply to your hair, and rinse with shampoo.
