When using the roller: Apply a few drops of serum to clean facial skin and massage, moving along the massage lines from bottom to top. You can also massage on dry skin or over patches. For massaging the neck, chin, cheeks, and forehead, use the wider part of the roller. Use the narrow part to massage areas around the eyes, nose, and lips. To reduce signs of fatigue and puffiness, place the roller in the refrigerator before use. A slight sound of metal rubbing against stone may occur during the massage.
When using the gua sha: Cleanse your face and massage for 5-10 minutes along the massage lines, gently pressing the stone. Repeat in the morning and evening. You can use it with patches or serum.
