Your parcel will be delivered on average within 8-14 working days from the date of your order excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery is carried out after we receive your order and payment online. You can pay for your order using VISA/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay during checkout.
After the order is placed, our customer service will process it. Once the parcel is packed it will be transferred to the courier company.

A parcel marked as paid will be sent for a delivery.
A parcel with no customs fees paid will be kept for 72 hours at a customs warehouse and will be processed only after receiving a confirmation of payment beig made.
After 72 hours, a parcel without paid customs fee will be sent to the customs warehouse for paid storage. For every day of storage, the recipient will be charged an additional fee for paid storage.
After 3 days of storage, a fee is charged at the rate of the Maman customs terminal storage warehouse.
