Christian Dior’s Poison Girl released in 2016, refers to the classic Poison line of this brand. The "poison" of this perfume differs from its predecessors in its cheerful youth and blooming beauty. It seems that Francois Demachy decided to take a fresh look at the classic fragrance and make it more modern, youthful, and groovy. However, the perfume is not “girlish” by any means: after all, he created such legends as J`Adore L`Or for Christian Dior and L'Acquarossa for Fendi!
The composition opens up with a bitter orange note that sounds bold and straightforward, immediately drawing attention. In the notes of "heart", however, there is no trace of a somewhat defiant citrus accord, only a romantic halo created by a floral combination of Grasse and Damascus roses leaves. In the end, the flowers melt smoothly in a sweet vanilla trail, almond, and sandalwood, backed by tonka beans and tolu balsam. How could anyone resist such a girl?
