Пилинг удобен для нанесения - в виде легкого геля. Слегка печет при нанесении, но не дает красноты и раздражения после применения. Смывала специальным средством для нейтрализации кислот, затем водой с легким мылом. Думаю, можно использовать достаточно часто - раз в неделю или чаще. Эффект мягкий и накопительный.
