Massage body in gentle circular motions, starting with the soles of your feet and work the brush up the body. Brush until your skin becomes rosy, warm and glowing. Do not scrub as this may damage the skin. Press brush against your body as much as you can comfortably stand. Five to ten minutes is the average time. After each use, lightly run your palms over the bristles to remove dead skin particles left on the brush. Then, wash the brush with warm water and a mild antibacterial soap. Rinse the brush, shake out and pad excess water with a towel, then let it air dry to prevent mould developing. Hang it to ensure the bristles are pointing down whilst drying.
