Each form is designed to be used in over 45 procedures. The package contains 100 tips in a variety of sizes, ranging from 1 to 10, with 10 pieces for each size category. For extensions using these tips, PNB technicians recommend the use of PolyFlex Gel and IQ Control Gel – state-of-the-art gels. The upper forms are also suitable for extensions using the acrylic system.

How to use: Start with standard nail preparation. Choose the right size form (tip) for each nail. With the PNB spatula brush, apply the required amount of modeling material to the form (tip). Spread it evenly across the surface. Place the tip, now with material, onto the nail plate, positioning it 1-1.5 mm away from the cuticle, and apply medium, even pressure. For work involving PolyFlex Gel and IQ Control Gel PNB, cure under UV/LED light for 60 seconds, or under LED light for 90 seconds. When using acrylic systems, the material dries naturally. To remove the form, grip its free edge and twist it sideways. File the material at the cuticle area and the nail's free edge to achieve the desired shape. After the extension procedure, perform a standard disinfection of the upper forms and allow them to dry.

Recommendations: When using IQ Control Gel and PolyFlex Gel, after standard preparation, apply a thin, massaging layer of Universal Base Gel to the nail. Cure under LED or hybrid lamp for 60 seconds. When working with the modeling gel IQ Control Gel, remove the tacky layer post-polymerization before filing. PolyFlex Gel does not result in a tacky layer, so once the upper forms are removed from the cured material, you can immediately proceed to filing.
